Canoeing on the GR®736

Once again, all roads lead to La Malène! This new route, recently approved GR® 736, invites you to hike along the Tarn from Mont-Lozère to Albi, passing through La Malène.

Over 300 km, this trail with a thousand and one facets will seduce the seasoned hiker, the hedonistic walker as well as families in search of discovery. With the diversity of geological landscapes (Grottes d'Aven Armand, Dargilan, etc.), its picturesque villages (Ste Enimie, Peyre, etc.), its many emblematic sites (Viaduc de Millau, Cité épiscopale d'Albi), the trail of the valley and the Gorges du Tarn can be practiced at everyone's pace.

The GR major asset® 736: a multi-activity hike

Along the way, still following the Tarn, you can easily vary the pleasures of hiking by practicing other activities such as mountain biking, Stevenson style with a donkey on a donkey's back, and of course... canoeing!

At Moulin de la Malène, you will take a lovely 11km route by canoe or kayak, following our new GR736 route.
