Le Moulin de la Malene a canoe and kayak rental in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn since 1973, welcomes you in summer, to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Gorges du Tarn classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site during a canoeing and kayaking trip.

Our courses in Canoe Kayak:

Our courses are open to all, whether you are alone, with your family or in a group, from a beginner or confirmed level. Groups of 8 persons or more can benefit from a special rate if you request it via this form.

Select the course of your choice according to its length and duration. We offer 6 circuits and 9 courses from 8 to 24 km, from 30min to more than 5h. You will be able to discover the most beautiful parts of the Gorges du Tarn, from Sainte-Enimie to the enormous blocks of the rocky chaos Pas-de-Soucy.

Our Sublime Route and the Troglodyte Trail are ideal for people looking for a one day descent. They will allow you to cross all the Gorges du Tarn Canoe. For shorter canoe trips, lasting from 30min to 3h, we recommend routes 1 to 4. They will allow you to discover a specific part of the Gorges du Tarn by canoe kayak.

4 Points of departure in Canoe in the Gorges du Tarn:

The starting points of your canoeing can vary according to the chosen circuit, but the point of rendez-vous is made for each course at our base Moulin de la Malène located in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, you will provide your equipment and last advice before departure. Shuttle buses from the starting point in the route are included in the prices shown. The starting points of our canoe-kayak courses are: Sainte-Enimie, Saint-Chély du Tarn, Château de la Caze or Le Moulin de la Malène. A mandatory stop is located at “Pas de Soucy” because of the collapsed blocks which prevent any passage.
